Hi all,

Anyone know what entry to be set up in BCOS_CUST table so the Reported By and Person Responsible under Service Desk appear ? Thanks.

Hi,

For REPORTED BY , please kindly ensure the BP has been defined and also under the Identification tab has been filled.

For the "Responsible Person" you have to do in IMG:

> SAP Solution Manager

> Service Desk

> General Settings

> Partner Determination Procedure

> Partner Processing

> Define Partner Functions

> Use of Own Partner Functions

> Define Access Sequences

> Define Partner Determination Procedure

Choose SLFN0002 Reported by and delete the access sequence.

After that the action should be defined in SPPFCADM.

Please be aware that there can be some more steps to do, which depends on scenarios.

Thanks SH,

But I'm quite sure I've done all the customizing for service desk including create the business partner. If I open the message I still can see the Reported by, but it doesn't show up in the initial screen of service desk.

Hi,

In that case, pls ensure that IB52 is setup correctly, and within the ibase itself from the menu path GOTO -> PARTNER ensure the following have been setup

The relevant partners are: 00000001 Sold-To party

SLFN0002 Reported by

SLFN0001 System Administrator

Additional fields are filled by activating BAdI: AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON

Activate via SE19, or via IMG activity SOLMAN_SUPPDESK_DNOM (as of ST 400 SP19).
