How to copy queries on ODS to Cube

Hi All,

Currently I have an ODS and some queries that are created on it. I created a new cube and now I want to copy the queries from ODS to the cube.

Can any one let me know if this is possible and if so how...?

hi Hash,

seems not possible since all infoobjects in ods may not also in infocube. to copy query all infoobjects must exist in both infoproviders, then we can use transaction RSZC. you can have a try however.

Hi,

Thanks for the response. Yes the info objects which are available in the ODS are available in the cube. I can not use the transaction code RSZC, as I do not have authorization.

So, Can you let me know any other options we have to copy...????

Hi Thathi Reddy,

Could you explain why you want the exact report queries in cube also. what are your further approach in the cube....

I think in ODS you will get detailed report but in cube you can get aggregrated data. give a response to how you are going to handle further ....

hi Hash,

not sure other better option to copy query between infoproviders, since you are able to create query, i think it's make sense you have access for transaction RSZC, please ask basis to grant the authorization.
