In the future weeks, I will have to interface SAP R3 and SAP CRM. Where could I find interesting doc about this?

I believe R/3 and SAP CRM is a standard integration scenario. Please let me know more details on what you are planning to do.

In fact I have to synchronize R3 and CRM. I guess no development is needed to do that.
I am doing the same situation.
In this I got stuck at the scenario like creating the recieving module in the R/3 backend.
(which unpacks data transfered in the BAPIMTCS container into the format of R/3).
I am just entering a new field into the master data table.
Can you help me with the suitable FM or User Exit for this purpose?
