Generation of Business Blue Document from SOLMAN

Hi All,

We have created a template project in Solution manager and updated the business blue print document (using T Code SOLAR01). However, when I am trying to take the Generate Business Blue Document .

I'm getting a blank word page with BBP as header.

path followed : Business Blue Print -> generate Business Blue Print

I have maintained the following selection options for the print.

GENERAL TAB :

Documents tab - project Documentation.

Graphic - Business Process

Down Load Directory - location for Down load(desktop)

SCOPE TAB :

Documents

Documentation Type : BB

Status : RELEASED

Keywords : BBP

DISPLAY OPTIONS TAB :

Documents (selected the following)

Documentation Type

Documentation Name

Status

Person responsible

Key Words

I'm getting a blank page with Business Blue Print as header when generating the Business Blue Document.Could anyone help me on this?

I'm facing a similar problem while I'm trying to generate Conifguration guide from the project created.

Hi Srinivasa,

Open the Business Blueprint Document and run the macro "SAP_BUSINESS_BLUEPRINT" to create the Business Blueprint.

Unless you run the Macro, you will not be able to generate the BUSINESS BLUEPRINT DOCUMENT and hence forth you will have the blank document with Header.

Same procedure applies for Configuration guide.
