Hello,
Can I put a User query in the User menu?
Can I use a Shortcut to start a User query?
regards,
John
Hi John,
Unfortunately it is not possible to add a query to the user menu. It is only possible to add all the queries to the user menu. This you do by opening your query manager window (Tools > Queries > Queries Manager...) and then clicking Tools > User Menu > Add to User Menu. This will however bring up the queries manager and not the query itself.

Jacco

Hi,
As far as SAP Business One 2005A is concerned, it is actually possible to add a specific user query in the User Menu. Follow the steps below:
a) open the Query Manager window (Tools > Queries > Queries Manager...)
b) expand the folder containing the desired user query
c) click on the desired user query, highlighting it
d) click on Tools > User Menu > Add to User Menu
The above procedure will bring up the selected query on the User Menu.
