wsnavigator and UUDI

In SAP PI 7.0 What is the difference between the WSNavigator and the UUDI:

Namely:

http://<host>:<port>/wsnavigator/

and

http://<host>:<port>/UDDIClient/

Is the wsnavigator just the name for the service browser of the services in the UUDI ?

How do I publish a wsdl generated in the ID from a communication channel to the wsnavigator (or UUDI) so external applications through a url for e.g. http://<host>:<port>/MyService?wsdl
