Assigning Sales Documents to a Sales Area

Dear Guru,

I am trying to assign Sales Documents which already exists in one sales organisation to another one with no avail.

I have defined and checked my company structure and assigned all distribution channels, divisions to my company code and created all my sales area.

When I am in OVAZ (Assign Sales Area to Documents Types), I get the following message of error:

"Define <3000/20/10> first as a general sales area...

The only difficulty is that this sales area already exists in my system.

I have previously "Combined distribution channels and divisions". Can you please help me understand where the problem may come from?

Please note: I have tried attaching several types of sales documents 1 by 1 and by groups with still no avail.

Maintain common distributin channels and division in VOR1 and VOR2

for your sales area

I think you need to maintain common DC and Divs with your sales org in Tcodes VOR1 & VOR2.
