ITSmobile - missing UI elements in QA system (DEV was fine)

Hi people,

We've implemented ITSmobile on the DEV system and everything worked just fine. However, after transporting to the QA system, the service is running but all UI elements (notably, pics and fonts) seem to be missing, resulting in very ugly looking screens.

Does anyone have an idea what might be missing? Any other services that are needed?

I solved it by logging on to ITSMOBILE01 (the test service) once.

For some reason, the UI elements hadn't been cached. This sucks badly though, since I had explicitly included ITSMOBILE01 and ITSMOBILE into ~SOURCE.

Any ideas how this might come?

I did it another way.

in tcode SICF, go to default_host > sap > public > bc and expand this branch. Deactivate and activate these services, icons, icons_rtl, designs, mimes, rfid, start, test
