Dear Experts,
my client rquirement is like this after receiving PO from customer creates sales order and Project automatically creates ( Assembly Processing ). then Engineering Department starts to Draw Complete BOM as per Customer Rquirement. Like Detailed Engineering uder this Electrical Detailed Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. after drawings customer Approval. my key user wants to monitor all thses activities in PS. is it possible? if yes please explain me clearly.

create detailed structure (activities) of your project. Mark each task as activity. Define relationship & Schedule your project. Confirm the activities as and when accomplished. This was you can monitor your project.

is it a MTO scanerio or ETO scanerio?
looks like an ETo scanerion, but u have mentioned as assembly process.
if its an ETO scanerion, u can monitor the engineering drawing processes, by creating activities.
