[Service Desk] - Send Message to SAP automatically

Former Member

Hi experts,

I have configured Service Desk in Solution Manager 7 SP Stack 17.

It's working fine, but I can't get send message automatically to SAP Service Backbone.

I have configured my BP which is maintained in the Calling Hours correctly.

Any idea?

Thanks!

Check that your OSS userid has been configured and have access to send messages to SAP.

Check Table AISUSER

Have you already implemented latest version of SAP Note 1023598, which contains all relevant corrections for Service Desk for VARs?

- Have you implemented the mentioned SAP Note?

- Open the message in CRMD_ORDER and check action in tab "Action".

Open the log and search for error messages etc.

Yes, please post the actions.

- Have you finished configuration of SLFN for VARs?

- Have you run Z_VAR_CONFIG in the past to activate BC Sets and other important settings?

- Have you check the BC Sets activation logs (SCPR20) for red entries. Green and yellow is OK.

Wath do you mena about SLNF for VARs?

And yes, I have run Z_VAR_CONFIG to activate BC Sets. The BC Sets have been activated correctly.

As stated above you have already checked note 1084744.

You may also have a look at note 1303670.

Maybe you could paste container values of your action definition. This might help to solve this issue.

If the problem still exists, please create a customer message on SV-SMG-SUP.

That's probably the most efficient way to solve the specific issue in your SolMan system.

By the way, if you are still in the process of setting up your SolMan to offer "Incident Management for your VAR customer", you should consider an update to the current version (EhP1, Support Package Stack 20).

It offers many new features for your key users and especially for your message processors.

Hi Jeronimo,

Sorry for the late respond.

I see you've already checked the RFC connection and you've already implement note 1084744, I assume you've also already implement note 1225682.

I'm afraid I can't help you any further, because my system works find after I've implement those note.

Easiest way is by upgrading to SPS 18 or 19.

Hi,

I have configured Service Desk, and I want send message to SAP.

What RFC´s do you mean?

If I implement notes 1084744 and 1225682 , that would be enough?.

Regards.

My RFCs is working fine.

If I send the message to SAP manually it works.
