Hi experts,
I have configured Service Desk in Solution Manager 7 SP Stack 17.
It's working fine, but I can't get send message automatically to SAP Service Backbone.
I have configured my BP which is maintained in the Calling Hours correctly.
Any idea?
Thanks!
Hi Jeronimo,
Last month i've encounterd with the same problem in my solution manager.
Please check SAP Note 1084744.
Hope it would help.

Have you already implemented latest version of SAP Note 1023598, which contains all relevant corrections for Service Desk for VARs?
Best regards,
Ruediger

Wath do you mena about SLNF for VARs?
And yes, I have run Z_VAR_CONFIG to activate BC Sets. The BC Sets have been activated correctly.

If the problem still exists, please create a customer message on SV-SMG-SUP.
That's probably the most efficient way to solve the specific issue in your SolMan system.
By the way, if you are still in the process of setting up your SolMan to offer "Incident Management for your VAR customer", you should consider an update to the current version (EhP1, Support Package Stack 20).
It offers many new features for your key users and especially for your message processors.

Hi Jeronimo,
Sorry for the late respond.
I see you've already checked the RFC connection and you've already implement note 1084744, I assume you've also already implement note 1225682.
I'm afraid I can't help you any further, because my system works find after I've implement those note.
Easiest way is by upgrading to SPS 18 or 19.
