Production order changes

Hi,

Here we have PP and PS , MM , HR module.Scenario is : some changes may happen in the design of a product even though production order for the same is released and goods are issued and some operations are already confirmed. How to map this?

I said to client that they can change their released production order eg addition or deletion of components and/or operations. But my client says they want a wok flow like email to be triggered to their manager about these components / operation change and those should first get approved from manager before proceeding further.

Please reply how to map this.

SAP Business Workflow can be used for production order changes.

Configuring work flow to many steps needs to be followed for that refer below link, refer page no. 22

For triggering workflow you need to take abap & basis consultant help
