text element deleted when customer changed in sales order

Hi,

at the moment we have the following problem. When creating a sales order with reference to another one, we change the customer and the header texts are maintained. However when we create a sales order without reference to a sales order and we change the customer, header texts are deleted.

Does anyone know why this could be happening?

What is the source of text for your first sales order. Is it determined in that sales order or entered manually in the sales order? Please clarify.
