PA20 - Transactions have very long runtimes

Hi...Experts

We few HR users. All the Users are having same set of roles. But when for all the users it gets executed properly. But for one user it is dead slow.

Similar inicident we have seen PPOSE transaction, the user has expanded the org structure and that was saved . when we diagnosed we found and we minimized the org structure and further it is working fine.

In the same way where it would have been saved and how to delete to restore performance in PA20 for that user.

The PA20 window is "Framed". In the upper lefthand hand frame in PA20 click on the FREE Search TERM link ...see if there is an ASTERISK in the search field. if there is remove it and save. this should resolve the issue for individual users experiencing long runtimes when executing the PA20 or PA30 t-code.

We added the parameter in the respective user master as below.

and it fixed..

OM_OBJM_NO_LAST_SEAR parameter to "X"

We are on ECC 6.0 / SAP_HR - Path level 40.

we implemented above parameter as per note

We already tried transaction "DELETE_OM_SETTINGS"

but it did not work.
