Proforma without stock

Delivery will be created without stock of the materials and then proforma invoice will be created in the scenario. When the proforma invoice is created the materials in the delivery can still be in the production. So availability check will not be activated in the delivery creation phase. Can we create proforma invoice without stock?

Hi ,

We can save Billing document without Stock

For this first of all you have to create a Delivery document without stock

Goto OVLP transaction and select your item category and in the field CHECK QUANTITY 0 as Blank

Now you can save the delivery and from the delivery to Billing you have to maintain the copy controls to ensure the Billing created(proforma ) without PGI

For this goto Transaction VTFL which is the copy control settings from Delivery to Billing ...

There select your delivery and Billing and in the item category against the COPYING REQUIREMENT

select the routine 00011

this will work.
