What is ES(Entity Service), AP(Application Service)

Hello,

I would like to know clear definition of Entity Service and Application Service.

I understand what ES and AP can do.

But, When I was asked me "what is ES,AP"

I can't answer clearly.

Please,let me know easy to understand definition.
