Reviewer become Approver

Hi all,

We are using SRM 4.0, Classic Scenario.

Recently, we are facing the error during approval process.

When we have two approvers & two reviewers in the SC. After the approval of the SC by 1st approver, the SC directly picks the 2nd approver as the person who is 2nd reviewer, for the workflow. Hence, the 2nd reviewer & the approver becomes the same, bypassing the actual approver.

Once, this is done, in SWIA, there is no record created for this behaviour.

But, as soon as the person whose name was added as an reviewer is adding his comments, there is an entry created in SWIA, showing that the SC was pushed by this reviewer.

This is a sporadic behaviour, hence, we are unable to recreate it.

Kindly suggest what are the steps to diagnose this issue & solve it.

Hi Prasanna,

Thanks for your reply, but these notes are not valid to us, as these notes are meant for SRM Server 550, whereas ours is 500. Kindly suggest notes for our server.
