Because of error 513, no message was created in Support Desk System

Hi Friends,

I have been using Solution Manager Service desk 4.0 SR2 for quite some time now and we have almost 6 R/3 and 1 BIW systems configured and service running fine for all of them. currently i am trying include an additional BIW produciton system in the service desk and have all the needed changes,

1) configure SMSY (RFC test working fine)

2) PPOMA_CRM setting done

3) PFAC done

4) In satelite system have also made the changes in SM30 in table BCOS_CUST with proper RFC setting.

and also the user used in the RFC is have proper authorizations i.e. create support message.

all the related solution have been verified such number range and action profile,
