Hi,
I have configured the Solution Manger help desk. I am able to raise the ticket from the satellite system.
Sold-to-party, Support Team and Installbase has been triggered successfully.
Reported By is not getting determined automatically.
I have created the Business Partner in the General and Employee Role. I have maintained the system details in the identification and user id.
Let me know if I have missed any steps?

If you post tickets in solution manager via help create support message menu
Is the reporter name reflected properly in this case...........if so then there can be some problem in satellite system/rfc and no config is missing in solman.
Just check and let us know further.
