shopping cart locked

hi SRM Gurus,

good morning to all. i can't approve the shopping cart

i gets an error message saying document is currently locked?

What has happened? where Can i see to release the document? or where i have to check. is it authorization issue. kindly suggest.

please suggest me with ur appropriate inputs. thanking you..
