Dear all,

please help me for

1. how to create a trip schema,

2.i created some schemas using tables T706S and T706T.but using this trip schemas in ess i can able to crete travel expexses only,i am not able to crete Travel Rrquest,

how to make a trip schema able to make travel rquest also?

is there any std trip schemas for india,if there what is schema for domestic and international?

please help me in this reg.

Hi,

You can create Trip Schema in Table T706S or go to Dialog control-> Define trip schema. here you can copy existing schema and create new one.

For creating travel request you have to maintain PL - Travel planning schema.

in Travel Management enhancement, whether we can add new activity type to an existing schema, which has already an activity type. also in enhancement, does not allow advance facility for new activity we have added . But existing system allowing advance facility. For enhancement also we r using existing workflow.

Existing system is allowing Advance facility. but in enhancement we have created a new activity type(TP) for employee-trainees which has the same workflow id, but no advance facility for them. so i think after activity type(TP), then activity type(TE), we can create T-schema. is it OK . or is there any facility to accommodate in existing schema. pls Advise
