SGEN and BW objects

Hello,

I just performed an SP upgrade to SP18.

I executed SGEN for all objects in the system.

However, when I execute transaction RSA1, it takes a lot of time and it generates the reports again.

Shouldn't SGEN generate the BW objects as well?

I am pretty sure I had selected ALL components, but still RSA1 was compiling programs after every click

Gautam,

When u go to SGEN Transaction, make sure that you select SAP_BW Component and start the SGEN Again. This will compile all the Objects related to BW.

Hi ,

For better performance you have to select all components first time it will take time but next time it will run fine.
