AS2 to FTP sceanario- time out error

Hi All

I am using AS2 to FTPS scenario.

The message was shown twice in RWB(successful).

But it showed failure in moni and shows a 500 timeout error.

Why it is showing error in moni if it is processed successfully??

and how can i fix it?

Hi!

Please check your timeout setting in ABAP Stack transaction SXMB_ADM -> Inrtegration Engine Configuration -> Category RUNTIME and/or SA_COMM (see application help there - every category and parameter is explained there more or less detailed).

Maybe the timeout occurred for the acknowledgement ...

But i think if i change the parameters there it will affect all the other scenarios ,right?

So what will be the best option for this??

Hi!

Changes here of course affect all scenarios passing through the Integration Engine. So try to increase the values with care. But on the other hand: Teh only "negative" effect when increasing timeout values is that all scenarios might run in a timeout later than now. If your PI has to handle extensve volumes this might become critical for hardware ressources, especially memory (but I think only then).
