Hi all,
several of my colleagues are working in CRM Web UI.
Sometimes they just got logged of from the system.
The only hint I can see in sm21 is "HTTP/RFC Session was deleted after timeout" (translated from german) with no additional info.
Has someone faced similar issues?
regards
Davor
Davor,
I've had the same problem for months, and finally discovered the instance parameter rdisp/plugin_auto_logout, whose default value is 1800, or 30 minutes. I'm sure you know you can change this value dynamically using RZ11, but to make the change permanent you must use RZ10.
Regards,
Paul
P.S. you can view the http connection using SM04.

Hi ,
Please check the following Details mentioned below.
Do you have a timeout setting for parameter:
icm/server_port_0
you can check the Parameter value by methoed mentioned below.
SMICM will display the default timeout. You can then ammend the value of the parameter with a larger timeout.
icm/server_port_0 PROT=HTTP,PORT=8000, TIMEOUT&H180
Thanks

Hi Rishi,
thank you for the answer. Sorry, I forgot to mention, that I already checked ICM parameters. The timeout is set to 2700 seconds and proc-timeout is set to -1.
Here is some confusing info I found in sm21 (also translated from german):
Usualy there is no timeout for RFC-Server... An explicit timeout for a RFC-Session can be set with the function module TH_SET_AUTO_LOGOUT. If for a defined time no funcion-calls arrive, the RFC-Server will be deleted. If the client calls the server after deletion, the client will be rejected with an error-code.
Hope, this helps. I have no clue!
