SM7 installation problem -- ORACLE:10.0G:CLRDBMS:*:WINDOWS_I386:*

hi all

when i install the SM7 . it show the follow error ,

You entered: D:\sap R3\solution manager\51036971_2_Oraclepatch\ORACLE_Patch_10.2.0.4_Windows\LABEL.ASC Found the label ORACLE:10.2.0.4:PATCH:Oracle 10.2.0.4 Patch DVD for Windows IA32, Windows IA64, Windows X86_64, Tru64:D51036971 but need the label ORACLE:10.0G:CLRDBMS::WINDOWS_I386:

ORACLE:10.0G:CLRDBMS:*:WINDOWS_I386 which i cannot found the ORACLE:10.0G:CLRDBMS

anyone can help me where can I found the files?

Hi Kevin,

From the log I beleive you are installing SOLMAN for platform WINDOWS 32bit and Oracle 10g database.

The DVD for oracle patch, you are giving for patching is for IA32 32 bit. Please download CD 51036971_4, which I believe is for X86 WIN 32bit. Try this it should resolve your issue.

Path from SMP:

Installations and Upgrades -> "SAP Technology Components" -> " SAP SOLUTION MANAGER" -> SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.0

Installation and Upgrade -> Windows Server -> ORACLE -> Downloads

Download 51036971_4
