The state of port 3200 is 'CLOSED'

Hi, can you confirm this for us? It only seems to happen when the backups are running. We assume its becasue the central instance is down.. but it doensnt always happen (and SP02 is missing?) so we would like you confirm that we can ignore this error:- The state of port 3200 is 'CLOSED'. This Critical TMW_ParamPortStatus event was received by a TEC server. It originated from 172.21.xxx.x (N/A), on the host named "scdeisp04". It originated from 172.21.xxx.x (N/A), on the host named "xxxx01". It originated from 172.21.xxx.x (N/A), on the host named "xxxx03".

backup agent is Veritas NetBackup "

If external systems try to contact the system while running an offline backup it's normal, that you get error messages.

The external system is apparently unaware of the fact, that you're doing a backup at that time and hence you get an error message because the system is not up.
