Hi All,
We have an issue while saving a sales order. The document is complete and while saving it says G/L no. missing . It allows me to save but Revenue account is not determined.
Have defined new account determination table with sales area/ sales doc type/Ord.reason/AcctAss for customer/Acc Ass of material/Account key. and assigned G/L account also.
Placed it in Access. Seq. and assigned to cond. type and then in the acct. determination procedure.
But there is another table Sales org./Distr. chl/AcctAssgGr/AcctAsgnmt/Acct key which is being accessed instead of the one we ahve created.
The pricing procedure and doc types are also different.
Please advice.
Basha
You can activate Exclusive Indicator in the Access Sequence between these two Tables.Either make sales area/ sales doc type/Ord.reason/AcctAss for customer/Acc Ass of material/Account key. and assigned G/L account at the above by the Access number and activate Exclusive Indicator.

Hi,
Have checked everything but still the table is not getting accessed.
It is not checking for sales doc type. Once if it checks for sales doc type hope my table will be accessed.

Hi Basha,
If the customer is not extended to company code ,then you will get this error.Pls extend your customer to required company code and refresh your sales order, then it will work.
Pls check you access sequence to trigger a condition record, for this you need to set a exclusion indicator.

Sash.
Hi Friend,
In the account determination you have to ensure correct combination had mentioned
And also make sure the accounting keys are entered in the pricing procedure V/08 for your pricing procedure for each condition type.
You can directly those settings in OV35 Against your pricing procedure.

Hi,
Check the account key and its accesses in VKOA .Sales order should be able to find a GL account in VKOA on maintaining the right entries in VKOA.
Hope that it helps.

Mrinal
