MAil not getting triggered...Plzzzz help

Hi Experts,

When a shopping Cart is approved ....we get a shopping cart release mail in OUTLOOK.

This is working fine in Development but not in Quality...

We are unable to figure out the problem

Could you please help us!!

please check --> customizing --> whether the recepient of notifications is set (or) not
