Hi Experts,
We are facing an issue while starting one of our quality servers.
We received an alert saying that the SAP system is down and we checked with R3trans -d and got the error code 0012.
We have identified that the database is down,we brought it up..now it is mounted and opened as well
Despite statring the database,we are still getting the same error
I could not be able to find the issue as am not good at Oracle administration
Kindly help me resolve the issue
Thanks in advance
-Regards
Venu

What is the content of trans.log (which is created when you execute R3trans -d)?
If you run an Oracle database in production it's CRUCIAL that you know how the database works and how to troubleshoot such issues...
