How to add new fields or structure in the Satandard Receiver Strucutre.

Hi,

I have a requirement, that ECC to SNC . IDoc with new segment needs to be placed in the target SAP Standard Structure. How to achieve this.

Hi,

import the idoc with new field into XI

and use it in the mapping (then in interface mapping)

then you this new interfaces mapping in inregration directory

and it will work with the new IDoc

Thanks for your response.

Here is the complete requirement.

Customer asked to have a structure in DeliveryScheduleNotification to populate ZSEGMENT values from IDoc.

I have added new structure to the Data type in a separate SWCV and new Name Space.

Maintained Dependency with SNC.

I am not able to see any interface under my SWCV while doing Interface determination Step in ID.

Please help me.

Hi,

Check whether the pair of interfaces used in interface mapping of IR are correctly registered using the mapping program .

Can I use Data Type Enhancement to Standard Data type to Include additional fields to hold the data of ZSEGMENT or Need to Modify the Standard Data Type.

Which way is better?

If I modify the standard Data type then How to deal with data in the Target system?
