Change package for $tmp objects

If several objects are designated as local objets ($tmp) is there a way to convert several of these objects to another package quickly?

Hi,

Yes you can right click on the $TMP and say assign package and then transport. I think this is the problem for your transport. Before transporting check the consistency of the request in SE09 and ensure that no object is in $TMP.

Thanks,

I see that the infoobjects in question belongs to $tmp, even in QA. They were transported using the transport organizer. How can I move an infoobject from $tmp to another package? Which right click to you refer to?

Hi Petter,

That would be the right click > Change package when you have collected the object in RSA1 > Transport Connection. If the InfoObjects belong to $TMP in QA, that means that they were activated directly in that system. You cannot transport a $TMP object.

Hope this helps...
