Dear All,

After result recording when i am trying to do UD , an error is coming " selected set does not exist" in UD code tab. What may be the reason? RR is for quantitative based characteristics.

Hi rohit

" selected set does not exist" in UD code tab

This error is possibly due to selected set that you have created.

ln QS51 check the UD code that you have assigned at plant level may be for differnt plant.

or

possibly selected set you have created in not proper for UD ( type:3)

or

There is some autherization problem.Go to SU53 screen & check with basis people.

This error comes because selected set not exist for lot plant. To avoid error just create selected set.

First create catalog code with type 3 - tcode: QS41

then create selected set code with type 3 for your plant - tcode: QS51

here assign earlier created catalog code.

Now you can do UD for lot.
