Issue with confirmed schedule line

Hi All,

I am facing a issue in crmd_order, When return orders are changed (new line item added) confirmed schedule line gets unconfirmed for old one. can any body help me in this??

This seems to be an CRM Issue. Well I suggest you to post this issue in CRM Forum.

Also please give clarity for the following.

Is your Return order made with Reference to Sales order in R/3 or CRM Or Billing document in R/3 or CRM.

In your CRM Order type configuration how is the Availability check settings done. Is the ATP check in R/3 or APO.

Please give us details and hope we can come out with some conclusion/
