During the Quotation

Dear all,

Basically iam SD consultant. i got SD-PS integration

Requirement is:Iam getting 100 quotation per month.In this probably 5-10 Projects will be goes to Sales Order.So,during the Quotation it self i need to run the DIP profile.(Planned cost)-if customer satisfies with the Quotation ,then we are creating the Project in SAP.

How can i configure this.....?

Plz advise me on this...

Hi Raj,

Configure the DIP profile, define condition for product costing,

Maintain order type parameters in Customizing in 'Define sales document types'

DIP profile should be set up by SD guy. Just ask your SD guy to do it.

I think it is better in your case to create a Quotation in VA21 and if approved from customer then only create a Sales order and a project.

2. Define DIP Profile (for Quot and SO)

2.1 Usage of DIP profile ;Sales Document type

2.2 Charateristics which determines the requiremnts (relevent/No summarition/single values/set name)

2.3 Source ECP (100%)

2.4 Selection criteria (source set name for each chartr)

2.5 Material Detemtn (material no./tran qty+cost/)

2.6 Criteria materil determn.(set name for charateristic which delivers cost,qty)

3. chk settings for DIP prof --ODP2

4 Assign DIP in Proj prof.

5. costing model for ECP--CKCM

u can plan cost in projects using Easy cost planning or unit costing.

can convert the same as quotation by assaining the DIP profile.

u can aslo use unit costing also for the same.

ASK YOUR SD CONSULTANT, HE WILL DO THE DIP CONFIGURATION FOR YOU.
