Hi Experts
Can some one explain how to restrict advance requisition if an advance already exists and if it is not settled.
We wanted to restrict the employee taking advance if an advance already exist and if he/she has not settled it.
Is there a standard functionality for this validation ?

Hi
Travel advances are not posted with special GL indicators. So it is difficult to find out how much advance the employee has taken overall. But by going through the reports it can be done by manually analysing it.
