Hi Experts,

I would like to know what is SIR tool and transaction crm_dno _monitor.

what functon it does.

SIR full form ?? u r referrring to ??

Crm_dno_monitor........is used for viewing all the messages if u r using SAP GUI interface

e.g u r using service desk then all the ticket can be viewed in this transaction and u can filter it out based upon the criteria given on selection screen.
