Output from delivery to a ship to party Email address

Hello,

I have created sales order and then deliery for customer 2000.

Output triggered successfully and mail sent to mail address maintained in 2000.

If I give customer 2001 manually in the delivery, system triggers the output but no mail sent to the mail address which is maintianed in 2001.

Could you please help me to send output to the mail address maintained in 2001.

Hi Bhaskar,

Kindly share my the IMG steps to trigger email on Sales Order/ delivery creation.

I have not worked on this so far.
