Prefix no :entry missing for client error:in send mail

Hello all,

I have to enter the mail body in workflow.When i clicked on right button i got the error :Prefix no :entry missing for client error.Can please help resolve this.

Hi Sanu,

Please check if the prefix number is maintained in SWU3 for workflow customizing.

Go to Maintain Definition Environment -> Maintain Prefix Numbers and check if the prefix number is maintained.
