Workflow xxxx set to status ERROR

Hie Gurus

I am having a problem, when i send documents they are getting to the recipients but when they try to confirm receipt there is no message coming to me the initiator of the message showing that the it has been confirmed, instead, i am getting an error message in my inbox. The mail is as below:

Can anyone help me pliz. I have been getting different kinds of errors in my inbox and i think this is caused by the fact that i am the one who did initial customization of workflow.

Basis>Content server>Content server interface,

Duble click to open,

Goto Log on data , provide user id and Pasward.

Which userid and password do i use. Do i just use any or there is a specific userid i have to use from the system.
