Hi,
How to connect two Solman Service Desks to communicate with each other when HTTP connection isn't possible and web services can't be used?
RFC connection through saprouter is working properly.

Hi,
Thank you for your helpful answers.
I'm checking the HTTP connection via saprouter with our basis guy.
Does this straight RFC-interface (check link below) support multiple customer Solman Service Desk interfaces eg. Service Provider Scenario in the same way that the HTTP-interface via saprouter:
Which interface type/technique should I use in our scenario, any comments or experiences on that?

Why is it HTTP traffic not possible? Is it because of external firewall rules? Note that saprouter can handle HTTP traffic as well, so it does not have to go over the internet: if the organization allows RFC traffic that way, HTTP could be allowed too.
