Problems with Prefix number in SWU3

Hi,

I have been asked to do some changes in a older workflow used in SCMA. But when i want to change the workflow, it says: "System setting does not allow you to change R3TR

90600076"

Im working on client 200, but in SWU3 the Prefix for 906 is set to be in client 260. That client does not excist any more. Is there a way to get to do the changes?

Hi Mikkel,

just recreate the entry for your (new) client in the system and get rid of the old one first. that'll be fine.
