EWA Task in SDCCN showing an unknown system

In the SDCCN of a satellite system, I found the EWA task is showing unknown system name.

I tried to add a new task EWA Alert but unavle to find the same from the add task list.

Can any one help?

You sure your satellite system exist in SMSY and the RFC's are generated?

Yes...they are available and working fine.

Hi,

Can you please check that SDCC_OSS and SAPOSS rfc is working fine in the satellite System .Also check the system details in SMSY and the installation Number properly.
