Hi,
We meet problem searching for items in CCM. Yesterday when our users created shopping cart in SRM and connect to CCM, they could search products with key word (item name or code). But today when doing same search or any other search, nothing comes out, system just say 'No products found'.
I checked and nobody changed catalog content yesterday or today. I also checked report
/CCM/CHECK_TREX, but no index is showing red or orange.
Can somebody give me some advise what else I can check? Many thanks!

I'm closing this question. Our BASIS team restarted TREX server and the search function is now working fine...
