No Administration option in CUP 5.3

Helloe Experts,

We have upgraded GRC 5.2 to 5.3.

I dont see the option Administration in CUP 5.3. which was there in Access Enforcer 5.2 under Configuration -

---

> Workflow-----> Administration.

Any idea ?????

Hi,

The exact action for CUP-> Configuration->Request-> Administration is ViewRequestsAdministration

Either you give AEADMIN role to your user or create one role and give viewConfiguration and ViewRequestsAdministration actions to the role. then assing the created role to your user.

Hello hyd corner,

In compliant user provisioning (CUP) 5.3 Administration option available at configuration >Request>Administration.

Please let me know if still not able see the administration option.

Hyd,

Now, this link has been moved under request->administration. If you still don't see it then you might be missing the UME actions. Once you upgrade, make sure to update the AEAdmin role in UME to contain all the UME actions and make sure that you have assigned AEAdmin roles to the administrator.
