INPROCESS INSPECTION MAPPING

Hi experts

"I have a scenario for inprocess inspection. There are 5 processes -->1. Mixing 2.heating 3.colour check 4. addition 5. Ph value check. The quantities of the 5 process are 100,100,100,200 & 200 respectively. How can I frame the inprocess check that will involve all the 5 steps and conform the final quantity"

In above, it is continuous process:

1. Mixing - here 2 components with weight 100 (say 50 +50 kg) mixed -no qc inspection

2. Same heated (same qty inside reactor -100 kg) -no qc inspection

3. Colour check - here qc inspection needed (qty same=100 kg)

4.addition- new material extra 100 kg addition (total 200 kg) -no qc inspection

5. ph check - ( final 200 kg inside reactor) here also qc check needed

steps 3 & 5 need inspection.

now will this be mapped through routing , is BOM needed.

Total production order quantity = 200 kg (final quantity in reactor) means Qc to confirm the final quantity of 200 kg in reactor. Then again the sample be sent to QC for detailed check - 04 inspection.

if 5th stage ok, material to be unloaded

Pl tell me what other requirement needed to clear the inprocess check by 03 -inspection.

Pl guide me to map the scenarion.

regards,Pranav

hi

+1. Mixing - here 2 components with weight 100 (say 50 50 kg) mixed -no qc inspection

2. Same heated (same qty inside reactor -100 kg) -no qc inspection

3. Colour check - here qc inspection needed (qty same=100 kg)

4.addition- new material extra 100 kg addition (total 200 kg) -no qc inspection

5. ph check - ( final 200 kg inside reactor) here also qc check needed

Create a Routing with usage 1.

Assign 5 operations with respective char

like

Opn 1: Mixing

Opn 2:heat

Opn 3:Colour check

Opn 4:addition- new material

Opn 5:ph check

For operation 3 & 5 assign Control key.For this you can take control on 5th char which unless confirmed.& allow UD.

But 03 Inspection type is not stock relevent.Only UD can be taken.
