Message processor Roles

Hello,

I have assigned

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC, SAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN, SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE, SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS

roles to message processor.

I have assigned these message processor in Org model also.... but still they cannot see the link for "Processing by my team".

But when I give SAP_ALL profile, they are able to view it.

I have created a role Ztransaction, please let me know whcih all TRANSACTION need to be included in this role, so that message processor can see "Processing by my team" link with out SAP_ALL profile.

Hi,

Let me know the transaction whcih i need to include in role ztransaction. so that I need not give sap_all profile to msg processors.

Hi,

Run crm_dno_monitor with team option selected and also take SU53 without SAPALL profile

it might help you to get the required authorization object.

Try adding role SM_SD_ADMIN

i went to crm_dno_monitor and selected my team.. then wat do i do.
