Configuration Tab missing in CUP

Hey,

We have installed SAP GRC access control 5.3.

In CUP Component, Configuration Tab is missing on the Top left side of the screen, just My work Tab can be viewed.

Can anyone suggest what would be the steps to configure the same.

Hi Subhi,

To get the configuration button either you assign AEADMIN role to your user or you can create one role and assign ViewConfiguration action.

I hope you understand what is UME actions because I have told you these in your other messages.

If you create a new role with the ViewConfiguration, you will just see the tab but all the underlying links will not be available. To get access to all the configuration tab.. you need to have all the actions under the configuration assigned to the custom role.

But anyway if she assign AEADMIN role then she will get all the underlying options under configuration.

You need to get access to the AEADMIN UME role. Now you are just having the AEEndUser role.
