Tariff zone not determied

Hi SAP Experts

I am facing one problem while carrying out Shipment cost information.

I am, getting the message that "No tariff zone could be determined for combination ZTP1 0000100278 01".

Though I have defined it clearly and assigned the postal code also to this.

I have checked several other places yet everything seems correct.

Can any body help where else can I look for tariff Zone.

Imagine that I don´t want to use the tariff zones because my pricing is entered manually by the user.

Why I am being forced to do it?

Even i am getting same error for the combination of Tariff zones which i have created and not allowing me to calculate shipment cost.

Can any one please help me on this Issue?

Hi!

From what I can see on your message error: ZTP1 0000100278 01

Go to tcode: t_76

Within "Define Organizational key for tariff zone assigs" you must have a key with the following entrances:

TPPT = ZTP1

ServcAgent = your service agent or leave blank and it will be assigned to all service agents

Shiping Type = 01 your shipping type

Then select this table entry and "Assign tariff zone to org.key and post. code area".

These are all the setting you need.
