calculate automatic duration based on work & setting of work center

Hi All,

I want to calculate duration ( Setting calculation Key =1 ) based on the setting of workcenter & after giving the work .

Ex :I have a work center (Excavation Machine) which excavate 80M3 sand in 24 hours & same time i had created an activity which have the work of 8000 M3. Now I want to calculate the duration of activity by the setting of calculation key ie calculate duration.

pl help me that what formula i need to maintainin work center for calculating the duration automatically.

Hi

You may need to workout some work around or development for this.

You need to maintain work (at activity level) in time units to calculate duration using Calculation key.

Is it necessary to maintain the workin time unit ( I know this but I do ot want to this) My work is in m3

Through "other formula" field in scheduling tab of work center, can we convert of work in m3 to calculate the duration of activity.
