Files not reaching External customer through FTP

Hi,

We tried to post the file to external customer through FTP connections and it was working few days back suddenly it is not working eventhough firewall connections are open and active.

XI monitor shows successful and trace shows it points to correct comm channel also but in adapter engine in RWB is not showing transaction . Any idea why it is not reaching customers ftp folder . We dont see any log files and no warning message as well..

any error you will get in receiver Communication Channel log.

Hi!

Did you already have a look at the communication channel monitoring in RWB (Component Monitoring -> Adapter Engine -> Comm Channel Monitoring)? There you can see the current status and the last errors resp. processed messages.

By the way: Almost nothing in IT stops working without any reason/cause ...

If you have done nothing maybe your customer has changed something on his FTP site (authority changes, changes in directory structures etc.).
