Table DMS_PHIO2FILE isn't copied while doing a system copy

After a system copy the transparent table DMS_PHIO2FILE isn't copy as well. Are there any reports or transaction to do this manually?

Thanks, regards

Steffen

Hi Steffen,

I am attaching a report program (ZZ_DMS_KPRO_CHECK_FILES) with this thread which might be usefull for checking your documents. The attached report checks the KPRO-tables and rebuilds these entries again. Please run the report in TEST mode and check the results. Please do not run this report in vital systems. As this is not an official released SAP Standard report, we are not responsible for any data loss or any other impacts of this. However I used this report several times for checking

the correctness of the attached originals.

Best regards,

Christoph

Hi Christoph,

thanks for your program. I'll try it after the next client copy.

We fixed the problem on our site with this workaround: After each client-copy we copy the table dms_phio2file in our test system separatly.

Best regards,

Steffen

Christoph,

Is this report version independent.?

I am doing a similar client copy from Production to dev system.

We are using ECC 5.0

Is it valid for ECC 5.0

Srini
